An exploration of the "visual narrative" from the lens of photojournalists and content creators - a tactical discussion on the approach storytellers are using to capture and share experiences that affect fan engagement, thus impacting organizational value. Speakers will discuss how using high quality images, and still or moving subject matter can transform social attitudes, team behaviors and fan culture.

B. FROM THE COURT UP // Ryan Brijs

Inspired by the uniforms created for our fans - a talk about maximizing your in-house talent to drive home brand affinity, garner the trust of the c-suite, and impact creative value. An inside look at the unique design journey of the Kings' in-house creative approach that explores core case studies and a new creative strategy - collaborating with your players and fans to inspire your creations.

The evolution of in-house teams, how they’ve grown, co-create and collaborate with other departments and freelancers - speakers will discuss their long-term strategies to build out in-house teams, dive into business cases for headcount and discuss approval levels and processes. This panel will cover bringing "in-house" into boardroom discussions and will explore creative reports, presentations, postmortems, metrics and annual planning as it pertains to value recognition.
