To clear up any confusion - we are an independent organization composed of designers, leading designers. A privately funded conference partnering up with the pro sports teams to host the most talented creative talent and teams from around the nation who shape the visual identities of major level sports brands. Essentially this means we are working really hard to make this conference top-notch and provide a unique atmosphere for all professional sports creativity. At it's core, Connect is all about creative cultivation.

All sales are final within 30 days of the conference, this includes transfers - sorry, MLC Connect has to pay the bills. All refunds are subject to a 12% service charge - thank you for your understanding. If in the event a catastrophic disaster occurs and the conference is canceled, all refunds would be issued.


Attendees are subject to all event and agenda changes without prior notice - when possible, changes will be announced via the MLC Connect Twitter account.

Conference Code of Conduct

Everyone participating in the MLC Connect conference, sessions, workshops, private events, competitions, and meet & greets - are required to agree to the following code of conduct. This includes all speakers, attendees, guests of attendees and speakers, vendors, and volunteers - basically everyone involved. MLC Connect will enforce this code during its events and throughout the year. Please do your part to help ensure a safe, diverse and welcoming environment and keep the heart of MLC Connect intact - a creative, innovative, humble culture.

MLC Connect is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.


MLC Connect interprets all of the following as harassment - offensive verbal comments about sexual orientation, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion and/or physical appearance. Any sexual images in public places, stalking, following, intimidation, bullying, unwanted harassing photography or video recording, ongoing disruption of talks and event, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Basically don’t be total jerk.


If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other harassment concerns or questions, please contact us immediately. As a second point of contact, please ALSO contact immediately via direct message via our Twitter account @MLCConnect which we monitor very closely during our events - or if you can’t or don’t want to speak in person, then please feel free send a note via our aforementioned Twitter account. If for some reason, you do not get a quick response, please personally ask for or find Chris David G. All reports are handled with immediate attention and in the strictest confidence.
